"My dog did not get a groom here. When I arrived I was told it would be 4 hours to groom my little yorkie. That does not work for a high stress, fearful rescue. He needs in and out. Several dogs were already in there already barking up a storm. She said she does several at a time…..yeah that’s not a situation my dog would cool with. I’m leaving this review so others will know what to expect."
"This is the best place in town to have your dog groomed Buddy. My dog was groomed by a couple of the groomers in town and he came home Shivering scared and was also cut. Ever since he's been going to Cindy's he has never had any problems whatsoever he's happy to go there he's happy to come home won't let anybody else touch my dog"
"Brought my husky in to get a bath and nails trimmed. Was there for 4.5 hours and he came back with his outer coat cleaned and his undercoat still had a stink. Nails were not trimmed. Not what I expected for a $75 cleaning."
"Left my dog with her for over 3 hours, requested a shave. I could have done better myself. My dogs hair was uneven and I was told it "would grow in" No, it has been a few months now and my dog still has uneven fur. She did not smell good upon leaving. For the price and wait and unorganized nature of things, not to mention the salon was not kept up at all, looked like they just threw together a 'salon'. I will not be returning."
