"Clean, pool was a good size for my granddaughter. Breakfast is offered, but for different prices. Staff was, for the most part, friendly. Connected to the Horseshoe Casino is a plus."
"All I can say is this is not what we expected staying at a Hilton property the toilet was not cleaned at all it had poop stuck to the sides of the bowl! Then the next morning we go down to breakfast only to find out that their “restaurant” charges 14 dollars for a breakfast that is what you would get at any other hotel chain for free!! They seriously charge for a continental breakfast nothing fresh just all set out self serve! As much as you pay for a room I expected better from a Hilton when we talked to the front desk the lady with the nose ring rolled her eyes and said oh ok we will never stay again"
"One of the rooms I booked had poop in the garbage can in the main part of the hotel room. Called down to complain and they said to just set the trash can outside and they’d get it (which they never did). No apology. No offer of another room. Absolutely disgusting. I paid for this room and it had someone else’s feces left in it. Not the only horror story from this hotel this weekend. Many unsatisfied guests and gross situations."
"The $14 breakfast buffet was not really worth it. Food was mediocre to say the least. Found hairballs underneath the bathroom vanity and dried urine drops on the rim of the toilet when I lifted the seat up. Looks like the hotel was just recently renovated and overall looked nice. Staff was non too friendly but was not rude by any means."
"Absolutely abhorrent service, my friend and I had booked a room for a local convention back in July. Nothing fancy, just a single room so we could sleep. Upon checking in almost an hour after the allotted time, we were told our beds weren’t ready for us and that we would have to come back at least an hour later to be able to set our stuff down. We were not greeted nor were their signs posted saying they were running behind. After almost 30 mins standing around awkwardly in the lobby, we decided to leave as we have plans to attend to. No accommodations were made for the inconvenience and instead 2 clueless people seem to work the front desks and mindlessly look down at their computers instead of greeting us and helping us with he issue. IF YOU WANT SOMEWHERE THAT VALUES YOUR TIME AND BUSINESS BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL!!!"
