"Took my grandkids to the Henry Dooly Zoo so we wanted to be close in a hotel with a pool and good free breakfast. This hotel fit the bill. The room was fresh and clean, the staff and other guests were friendly and we felt safe there. We got a kick out of the nearby casinos robotic security in the parking lot. Beds and pillows were perfectly comfortable and the bathroom amenities were great. There is a railroad track nearby. I would recommend this hotel."
"It was terrible. The room wasn’t what it showed it was and $75 for 1 extra pet is crazy. The Elevator didn’t work and the workers were rude. The only decent thing about it was its pool and even that was mid. It seemed way nicer online. Our thermostat didn’t even work and when you can’t even go through side doors to unload your stuff, why because there’s steps and carts can’t go up steps. The Toilet didn’t flush and there was no hot water. This play is absolutely terrible and sucks."
"The hotel room was okay, it was clean on arrival. Staff let us check in early. But the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Could not sleep. The staff was super friendly. And they have a great breakfast selection there."
"Clean, quiet, adorable. Good breakfast. TV does not have sleep timer. At the intersection of two interstates to make travel good. No good off site places to walk to, but several things on site."
"My sister and I really enjoyed this hotel. Great breakfast and something different every morning. We spent four nights there. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable . Great shower. There was a long corridor that connected this hotel to the Holiday Inn and then down further to the Ameristar Casino. Would recommend this hotel"
