"For $50 a night, this motel was the best I’ve been to. Everything was clean and neat. I got a nice, hot shower, and the bed was comfortable enough Great place to go !"
"The staff was amazing the rooms on the other hand are extremely rundown the building needs a lot definitely needs to be remodeled I was there for 2 weeks and I bet in that time frame my bedding was changed maybe 2x. The second time I went there my room was better the building needs to be completely."
"Quiet, peaceful, calm, relaxing, & Best Weekly Rates in SW Cedar Rapids. Owners don't want, nor do they allow anyone who causes trouble or doesn't stay here. GUESTS MUST REGISTER AND PROVIDE A PHOTO ID OF ALL THEIR VISITORS AT THE FRONT DESK . Either you go to them or they'll come to you when you have a visitor. It was aggravating at first but well received once I stayed in the area a little while. They allow you to cook, and each room has a microwave and a FULL-SIZE refrigerator."
"This is the cheapest place in town. It's not dirty, everything works, the bed was fine, and the shower was fine. If all you need is a place to sleep, this will do you just fine. It's also pretty well located as basically everything is within a 10 minute drive. That all being said, it is a bit sketchy. My room door only had a thumb push lock, and there was a random hole cut in the wall for a tissue box. I had no issues with anyone or anything, but the quality standard is lower than average."
