"I have lived here since 2016 not too bad of a place to live everybody kind of keeps to themselves wish they would put markers in parking spots because when I moved in got yelled at for parking in someone's spot and we do have certain parking spots even though they're not marked wish they would plant new trees when they take the old ones"
"Yard is rarely mowed in summertime. Sidewalks are left with snow and ice for days. Residents have trouble getting help from maintenance. The residents all got a note saying water usage was excessive this month, Mgmt wants to know if anyone has a leak after the in-laws have asked to have their leaking faucet repaired a few weeks ago. Appears to be a nepotism issue that needs to be addressed. Hope there is a board member or owner who sees this and will research a little."
"The flowers in resident's yards are lovely. Apartment visited is cozy. The grassy spaces are tranquil. Have enjoyed community building bazaar sales."
