"I lived here for nearly 5 years Office is never open, it’s always locked despite them giving you a key (that doesn’t work). If you complain Kathryn (the manager) and the other girls will claim to have been in a meeting. Don’t bother calling because they will never answer. They will lie to you in the office and then act like they never made any promises. Those things aside, If you enjoy roaches the size of nickels, regular shootings, police raids next to your apartment, and break ins this is the place for you! I experienced all that and even witnessed a child being ran over and killed here. Management will lie about it. Or forget…. But what they won’t forget about is that rental increase. They raised my rent 3-4 times in a year every year because I wouldn’t sign a yearly lease. I”ve never feared so much for my safety and my money in my life and I’m from Chicago. Don’t do it! Don’t trust my word? Knock on any apartment door and hold a conversation with one of the residents. They will tell you"

"Can't stand money hungry people that lie n try to cheat people out of money. Been here a year n no major problems except the pests/grasshoppers ants and roaches that i got rid of myself. Maintenance put two big holes in kitchen in December n I've been calling every other week to c what's going on n getting off work early to go to office n everyone giving me the runaround. They don't answer the phone at all n don't respond to voicemails,but I'm still paying rent. Holes been there for over 3 months. Here it is almost April n still have no proof of lease recertification but I done got eviction notices for missing appointment that I called to say I will miss n lease violations just because my child have her homework in window but they couldn't knock on door n ask us to remove paper. That is so petty n ridiculous. Now im being charged late fees from January n March even tho I paid rent n money order have the date on it.they still haven't given me papers on my rent change n I had appt first week of March. I refuse to pay late fees when so called office managers n staff can't do their job n only worried about getting paid. I will b glad to move from you petty liars n lazy staff in office of boulder pines."

"Very nice and up to date apartments. The kids could be better supervised and people should use trash bags for their trash and actually take it to the dumpster. Staff is cool, they should provide coffee for the residents because they actually do have a coffee maker. Not the worst people here but there's definitely room for improvement."
