"I am currently 4 months living here, it has been such a terrible experience. I’ve had to go in the office every time for maintenance support. The first time Lisa was amazing at helping me and had maintenance in the very next day. However, I had a water leak emergency and went in 2 hours before office closing. Connie said her maintenance guys were on the way. I waited 2 hours and no one showed up. I called to make sure before she closed and she said her maintenance guys was coming from Henderson in 15min. Here I am an hour into waiting and had to contact the emergency office for the water leak. Connie has not been helpful at all and so far has the worst customer service someone can offer."
"I have officially made four months here. I was supposed to make a review when I first moved in but I’m glad I didn’t because I got a chance to experience the complex.. everyone here is so welcoming and professional. Even during frustrating situations they remain calm and helpful. When i first moved in there was a red ant problem, before i could bring attention to it with my leasing office it was taken care of. I don’t have a problem with pest but i am a very clean person and on the second floor to avoid that. Any issues I’ve had with the apartment they have been resolved. Speaking of the maintenance team is so professional and positive also, which is always a plus dealing with apartment complex’s. A good place and location, Always cleaning, doing things for the residents, they even had a food drive and free pie give away for the residents. All in all a nice place to live."
