"I have been living in these apartments since August 2023, located on the main streets of Tropicana Ave. and Eastern Ave. in Las Vegas. I have problems with the hot water, I made the report and they sent a maintenance worker , he removed the packaging of the water taps from the kitchen and the bathroom claiming that was the problem, he changed the direction of the hot water in the bathtub because the hot water must turn to the left and not to the right, I explained that worked like this since I rented the apartment and I never had problems with the hot water. Today I submitted another repair request from 9:30 a.m. and they never show up, I went to the manager's office at 4:20 p.m. and the maintenance never came and it's 7:14 p.m. and they never showed up, as you can see, they are very irresponsible. Apart from that, it is full of homeless people who travel all the time inside and outside the property. My car was vandalized two months after I started living here. The apartment below mine that is not rented has forced the door at least three or four times, security comes and does not take anyone, I want to say that the place is not safe to live in, all this is my opinion and that is why I give it 2 stars. The workers in the manager's office are friendly, but the problems persist. Once again I'm telling you, it's my opinion. 2-Roof leaking after 3 days (weekend )of raining . I had reported this problem on September 4, 2023 with the leasing agent Marcia and I thought they had fixed it and as you can see the photo dated today February 7, 2024 it was never repaired. Later I will post the photos in which conditions I received the apartment on August 1, 2023."

"Karina SCAMMED $263.00 from my Only Son. She said it was to "Reserve" Unit 159 and she said he would get it back if my son didn't qualify. With a credit score of 720, she said that my Son "was denied" for the Unit and that she was keeping the Deposit of $269. She also never showed him or I the Unit! SCAM. SCAM.SCAM. I am also reporting her to the Better Business Bureau and YELP. DO NOT LEASE HERE. THEY'RE DISHONEST. DO NOT APPLY HERE : THEY ARE KEEPING DEPOSITS without doing any work.!...or filing an application. If they think you can afford to lose the deposit, they keep it!! I'll be doing a review on rip-offs in Las Vegas. This WILL be one of them. Sativa Sean Las Vegas YOUTUBE."

"Only lived here two months and I absolutely hate it.one of the worse apartment see s I’ve ever lived in. I waited so long for a mailbox key. Yes or no pressure took them eight days just to come and fix my tub handle me and my child could not take a showers. they have homeless living in empty apartments, constantly kicking in the doors homeless rumbling through trash. It’s horrible do not recommend.."
