"Don't move here, the worst experience I want to start by saying that the pool in the photos is beautiful but in the year of my contract it was never open, on summer I spent one weekend without air conditioning and manager dont care, the kitchen connectors didn't work, they never answered the phone, the manager didn't answer. She speaks with contempt as if you were retarded, if you were lucky enough to talk to her, I let them know what I would get out, when I finished my contract, I ended it, I left the apartment super clean and now they sent me to collection with the excuse that I didn't let them know that I was going to Go out, avoid problems and don't rent here, very stressful"

"Not worth it old smelly apartments everyday i come home my apt smells like weed from the people upstairs. For like 2 months i was not able to use faucet or sink i send work orders and call nobody ever answers the phone when they send someone they lack common sense do temporary fixes. took them moths to fix my leaking ceiling that look like it was collapsing fixed and another 2 months just fix the drywall that was wet and moist and because i kept calling bugging them about fixing it. Now I'm struggling to get my leaking toilet fixed all it needs its a new a water shut off valve but now i can’t use it at all because if i turn the water on to use it leaks more it did before them touching it."

"I am having fee problem of $82.07. I paid my rent and utilities in full ...my situation is this I use there 3rd party to pay rent I use the bank account to pay rent because it crazy how much they want to charge extra $33 for paying with card. So last months rent I payed like I always do this time when I was submitting a payment the page turn white n I click out of page n came back it had refreshed. I saw that there was 2 payment so I try to cancel one off them in my end as soon as I could but it didn't let me i call the manager she couldn't cancel it so I call clickpay they told me they couldn't do anything that I had to talk to the manager I did so pretty much both parties where blaming each other I have all the chats n call of me trying to resolve this issues with them but neither of them help so I call bank told them what had happened they to be the couldn't help on canceling the payment but they did say the would help wave fees for insuficiente funds. So 3 days or so call the manager asking again if there was anything I could do to remove the fee balance but she said she couldn't I told her I was gonna cancel click pay so I won't have to pay the fee she say I had options to pay by money order I told her I do that because it was unfair fee that no one could help me fix.so today 11/15/2023 I received an eviction notice 7 days I really try fixing this issue went to talk to her explaining again the issue she now says that I was at fault for refreshing page so right now am really hoping to get in contact with higher management before things go farther or i respond to the eviction notes in Court this unfair charger BE CAREFUL...."

"If I could give negative stars I would! Where to begin, let’s start with the lack of communication. They don’t answer the phone Mon-Fri, you’ll never get an email response and the rep that answers the phone on Saturday’s claims to be the middle man for the property management. If that wasn’t already confusing enough, they have changed the unit I applied for, increased the rent amount, all without my approval or a conversation. I requested to cancel my application and they refuse to refund me my $200 admin fee. They claim I haven’t contacted them within the 48 hour grace period, but I have. And they would know that if they answered the phone or respond to emails during the week. This place is fraudulent. The worst property management style I have ever engaged with. And I’m trying to relocate from out of town. This experience has been a nightmare. They need to be reported."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. I’ve dealt with plumbing issues in my apartment here at Tides for over a year now. From water leaking from the walls, flooding my kitchen, bathroom, hallways, even seeping into the carpets of both bedrooms. It’s an ongoing issue. The latest issues has been my shower head has been leaking for months. A few days ago a maintenance person came in and replaced it, but since then it’s just been leaking nonstop for over two days and the water in my shower is not draining or draining very slowly. When I asked management if they could deduct from my water bill from the leakage, they said that they were unsure if they could do anything about the bill. A plumber came and stopped the leaking, but the water is my shower is still over flowing and not draining properly. The plumbers said they’d be back in the morning to fix the drainage (which was supposed to be this morning) but they never showed up. So I’ll be dealing with this issue for who knows how long, which is not surprising dealing with this apartment company. They don’t care about fix urgent issues in a timely manner, but yet I get charged for the extra water and I’ve never been late on my rent. It’s sad and messed up how these companies treat their residents. Still waiting on my issue to be resolved, still waiting on the mildew and mold to be removed, and probably will still have to deal with leakage from the walls of these old pipes that the company refuses to replace or fix. I can’t wait for my lease to be over and definitely would not recommend this place to anyone."
