"My family and I have been living here for the past 6 months and we only have good things to share. Not only does Clarissa, the property manager, make the starting transition a lot easier, but she goes out of her way to really get to know you and make you feel welcome. She goes above and beyond with whatever you ask of her, whether it be a repair or a personal request. Her outgoing personality and attention to detail is what makes your new place feel like home. Not only do we have emergency maintenance, but if you bring up any of your concerns to her, she makes sure they get taken care of. This being said, make sure you come to visit one of the best property managers and take a look at what this place has to offer."
"Not a safe place to live since management has been changed. Several items were stolen out of my apartment. My security camera was unplugged and there are no security cameras on the property. Maintenance has full access to all apartments and don’t require consent to enter. Prior to change in management my family felt a lot safer."
"Was searching around the area (I live not to far away from this complex right now) so I decided to stop by Palm Garden and check it out, I got a great tour, very friendly staff, the place looks brand new and I love the Royal Blue which gives me an actual original vegas feel which is really nice, it has a view of the Strip (although I don't know how walkable it is). Never the less, Erin sent me the rental application and I’m hoping to get approved."
"Recently signed a lease with Aaron and every moment of the process he guided us with ease. There were simply no gimmicks, no hassle, and nothing but good vibes. Seeing what he is doing to the grounds to reestablish trust with the tenants is remarkable as everyone there seemingly appreciates and respects his leadership!"
