"Living at Cheyenne Trails has been a breath of fresh air. My significant other and I have lived here for about a year! we took a chance and came here when we were viewing another apt complex in the area, man time has flown by so fast and we have both enjoyed living here! having experienced living in other apt complex nothing has come close to living here at Cheyenne trails. Gloria is very relatable and gets any situations you may come across handed. Roxanna is here on the weekends and she has always been really welcoming when I go into the office to use the gym. maintenance is kind and get any issues done fairly quickly. The complex it self feels safe of course there are situations that are inevitable, but for the most part neighbors look out for each other. Gloria also sends out mass emails if there are any issues that effect our community, when there was a surge of KIA or Hyundai thefts she sent information on Police departments giving out steering wheel locks. I enjoy walking my dogs and feeling safe outside regardless of what hour it is. the dog park is very nice as well. no issues with neighbors for the most part everyone is respectful, kind and there are many residents that have been living here for 3yrs+ which says a lot. there was a small issue with our specific unit having roaches for a couple months but this was brought up to Gloria and she arranged a full dusting in the kitchen from pest control. ever since then we have not had any issues. ill add that pest control does come often we just needed addition help in ours when first moving in. landscaping comes each Tuesday, if you have lived around this area before then you know that sometimes there's aircrafts from the Air force base that fly by on flight week its not the worst thing ever earplugs drown out the sound its not anything crazy. Aside from all of that we have an amazing community here at Cheyenne trails with each month having different activities such as festival fall Decor contests, Christmas lights contest, Bingo nights with prizes, Pool Movie night(summer time), coffee & Donuts, bagels, Nachos. All in all the staff really cares about all of the residents and the maintenance team makes sure everything in the apt community looks nice. We are going to be sad the day we end up moving out in the future to find a house for the meantime we are very grateful to have our cozy home here at Cheyenne trails. :)"

"My boyfriend and I are here in Vegas for work and we live at Cheyenne Trails and we love it. It is a very nice clean and quiet place to live. Gloria is awesome and handles things quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live."
