"My wife and I requested a tour, over a week ago. They took days, to respond and they still have not given us a time or date for a tour... also their website says rent is $895 a month with a $500 deposit. However, they are telling us that the rent is $1,000+ (monthly). If they take this long to respond and are raising rent or giving out false information, we are just better off not wasting our time. We will continue to look elsewhere. Good thing we never got to tour this place, as it says alot about the people in charge."
"They fixed a heater issue with a new heater combo AC. Good work. And kept my rent price the same."
"Maintenance always come right away, the laundry room is been fixed with new machines,I haven't see a homeless in a long time, very quiet, parking always available ,I been leaving here for 2 years now!"
"Besides the location, the apartments are not worth it at all. They raise the rent over 30%. It's not worth it. The laundry room here is not even useful. There's always homeless people sleeping here and only one or two machine work. Also the lights are like missing someone keeps stealing the light bulbs"
"This was a decent place 2 years ago, but now it has become a terrible place to live. You call to get something fixed and maintenance doesn’t do it correctly or leaves for hours. On top of that they do not keep up the property what so ever! Washers and dryers are always broken, broken ac unit has been out in the court yard for 1 year almost. My bathroom shower still not working and I have mold! Then the exhaust over my stove what a joke Maybe if they see how bad it really was they would maybe help."
