"I can’t wait until I move out of this dump. It rained inside my pantry. Destroyed all my food inside of the pantry. And to top it off it takes them for ever to fix anything. Just like it’s been taking them months to fix my tub. Worst apartments ever!!!"

"I would not recommend doing business with these people at all I'm not sure how they are still in business. They advertise one price low and behold when you get there they have none of those available units but they do have 1 they get rinse you for a couple $100 more. They're very shady I put in application. They asked you to place a holding deposit if your application is not approved the holding deposit is going to be refunded they look for every reason to not refund that holding deposit so Don't let them Fool You I'm in the process of taking them court to court now to collect my deposit."

"I beg of you do not move here!!!! Living here has been the worst experience of my life!!!!! From consistent domestic violence consistent carjackings and roaches, crawling through the plumbing and crevices of the apartment. There is a roach infestation in the infrastructure that they cannot seem to get rid of. Not to mention I was brutally attacked by a MAN In apartment 115 building C, and they were still allowed to exist on property after I was brutally beaten, and attempted car jacking. They have no source of security or cameras and everyone in the office is completely incompetent. That’s why it’s a constant revolving door of personnel. This place need to be ashamed shut down. Serval women have been attacked on property I’ve heard gun shots, and the homeless have free range this apartment complex, it actually is quite the hotspot for the homeless. I have scars from being brutally attacked that I will have to live with the rest of my life simply as a result of living here. There are other options near by I implore you to explore them. Or you and your family will be a risk simply being a resident. You can see a family of inbreads in the back cheering of my attacker this place is DISGUSTING!!!! STAY FAR AWAY I wouldn’t even visit had I known how poorly this place is ran!"

"Current resident, can't wait for my lease to be up so I can move! I have a problem with my shower since day 1. Can't take a shower without either be scolded by the hot water or froze to death with cold water all in the same shower without even changing the temperature. I have went several times and they say it's fix. I am here to tell you nothing has changed"

"The leasing office staff is rude, lazy and incompatant, and the manager Kimberly does not know how to talk to people. The office doors stay locked so you can't speak to anyone in person, and they never answer the phones! It takes weeks to months to get something fixed, and then the maintenance crew can never fix things right the first time!! Every winter when it rains, the roof outside my front door leaks, and caves in because they never fix it CORRECTLY...just repatch it....and the take so long to fix it, birds made a nest and had babies TWICE! I don't know why they advertise a "balcony" because it's NOT one, it's jutst the space outside of your front door and they don't even let you put a chair out there. The pool and the so-called fitness room was closed 2 out of the 3 years I was there....the "business center" is inside the leasing office, and that's been closed to residents since 2020 which means no access to that either. There hasn't been security presence there since 2020 either. The complex gates are always broken for weeks to months at a time, so ANYBODY can come in...including the homeless!! My car was broken into because the gate was broken and no security on site, and the staff didn't even care! The apartments are roach infested, and them spraying one apartment, but not the others connected to it, doesn't solve anything...which is why they still have roaches!! They've also had past bed bug infestation as well, and seeing how they handle the roachs, I'm sure some units still do have bed bugs, which means it's just a matter of time before they're all infested AGAIN!! And they're NOT going to give you your deposit back after you move, unless you take them to court....this place, the staff and the entire company in whole is just ghetto!! Half those pictures on the website of the apartment complex are old...there is no tennis court, and it's normally not that clean, they only clean near the model units when they're going to be showing it...and the inside pictures are of the model units.... The actual units don't look like that, trust me!! The rent is cheap because the service you will receive is cheap!!!! Don't move here....YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!"
