We pay 1400$$ per month or almost $400 per week. Don’t move in here Shootings damn near everyday, screaming and fighting all hours of the night. People busting peoples windows out and all kinds of stuff. Absolute nightmare."

"I have rented this weekly.I been staying here for three days now only thing I have seen roaches. in the day time and the night time they be all on the roof, kitchen and the shower head behind the toilet I literally have go to Jack in the box to take a number 2 I’m scared to eat up in here. I don’t know if it just this apartment or the entire building I wish I could upload videos to this. the videos will shock you the guy have came in sprayed roaches still coming out til this day"

"I've been here almost 30 days. There's a lot of negative reviews, maybe they're true and maybe they're exaggerated. I'll keep it real though. Overall, I have liked this place. If you mind your own business , just like anywhere you are in life, you will be just fine. Sometimes people are outside in the middle of the night laughing loudly, talking, whatever. BUT the AC unit is so loud it basically drowns it out. The bed looked brand new when I arrived. Granted, as someone who has previous weekly experience with bed bugs, I would have preferred it encased in a zipper cover, but... I took my chances and there are definitely zero bed bugs in this unit. I would have known cuz they eat me alive! So, clean, comfortable, bug free mattress and I'm pregnant so this was a major, major plus. No trouble sleeping here at all. Yes, a couple roaches here and there, in the kitchen. I've made sure to wash all dishes in the sink and do my part, but often if your neighbors don't keep a clean house the bugs will migrate to your unit. It has not been an infestation by any means. Whoever painted the unit could have done better, but, not important. The unit was basically clean. But I keep a very, very clean house so I did go over it with a fine tooth comb and got it up to my personal standards. I could tell the previous tent probably had a dog but not a huge problem.. My safety has never been in question here, despite the area. And I have walked around to the nearby store at 3:00 AM. This place has security guards so that helps. All in all, I've been good here and I would recommend this place as a good stepping stone."
