"Gary Stacy has written the same review multiple times I believe this company is paying for false reviews which is despicable. There are companies that do do this who write fake reviews and I've already seen Gary Stacy write this review before where it has been deleted and reposted. This place is full of cockroaches, sticky goo on the walls, homeless laying everywhere, car break-ins, The Pool isn't even usable. Look up reviews for I think it's called latitude management and the reviews are just as bad. Do not believe these fake reviews. Save your life and rent somewhere else. Trust and believe the pictures that are shown in the bad reviews because that's the truth, not these fake reviews. This place is disgusting"

"I came to Vegas so I can be closer to my land and my daughter helped me pick out this place and I'm glad she did. First of all this management staff is great! Aida, Paul and LaNae are professional and friendly. I love how I've got a parking garage that is secured with a gate and to keep my truck out of the Sun was a factor for me. The crew that keeps this place clean does a great job you see them cleaning all the time inside and outside of the building I had a service request that was handled promptly. And so all those things come from management so I recommend this place Great place to live in downtown. Feb/22/24. So I'm going to add to my review. So I put in a service request My refrigerator was leaking on the inside and I put the priority as low. That was two days ago The very next day I had a new refrigerator in my apartment. This is just my personal opinion it's very easy to put negative comments about just many things in general and I think it's important to put positive comments because we as a society tend to always say negative things. I also have not seen one single cockroach in my apartment and so if I did see one I would make sure I do not leave anything out for them to eat. Again just my opinion and I think this is a really good place to live Management has done a good job in my opinion as well as the employees that keep this place clean on the inside and out. "Please do not. Big time cockroach infestation that was not disclosed to me before moving in despite asking what the problems that the buildings residents faced were. Management does not shampoo or clean the carpets. The dog poop stains were visible for about a week and a half (have the photo progression but not sure how to show the date stamps posting here) before finally “going away” because enough people stepped on it and smushed it in the carpet. Garbage regularly piling up, especially when the trash room chute door regularly gets locked (for hours and a day at a time). Now the chute on my floor is missing a handle and has just been chilling open at all times and this has been going on for the last few weeks since the handle was taken off. Walls have some kind of weird yellow dripping residue. This occurs outside of the bathroom as well so hard to believe it’s mildew (maybe nicotine?). That being said I always take a shower with the fan on, but despite that, still have to regularly clean this yellow drip off when it inevitably shows up. Baseboard lining is so badly installed it’s coming up and honestly, I think it’s because the roaches are eating up the glue that held it to the wall. Despite being notified of the problem in a maintenance report, management did nothing. Evidence of a pesticide use from the move in date but I didn’t recognize it for what it was because I’ve never had to deal with roaches in any previous apartments, even the super small one (217 sq.ft) that had the same amount of stuff in it, so the line of bait was just something my friends and I were curious about via text message and photo sharing before I had to start researching containment strategies and recognized it for what it was. I sleep in my car most nights and can’t stay in the apartment for too long. I also have to keep the lights on 24/7, even when I sleep, to try and keep roaches from wanting to crawl around in the open too much. It smells inside the room too and nothing (candles, air freshener spray, opening windows) gets rid of the smell for long if at all. I’ve also had to put all my belongings in plastic boxes to make sure roaches aren’t getting into my things. Management doesn’t do full building pest control and instead will state that pest control comes every Tuesday and to take advantage of it, despite the fact that spot pest control in a connected building like this doesn’t do much to eradicate the problem. Save yourself and pay the extra $150 to move to the suburbs and a roach free apartment. I wish someone had told me not to move in here before I did. To add insult to injury, you are paying market rate for this “apartment” if we can call it that, since it is not livable."

"Honest Review. New Renter. (Nov 2023) * DON'T BELIEVE 50% OF THE BAD REVIEWS Besides not knowing managements strategy with rent increases, I can say this place is a fantastic value for downtown living. EVERY apartment, anywhere, has some issues. The PROS: - Newly renovated units. - Modern, large fitness room. - Hardwood flooring. - Covered parking. - Friendly staff. - Pricing. - Location, Location, Location. The CONS: - Lackluster looking pool. - No public community space. - Limited street parking for guests. - Alarm twice in two weeks (false alarms) - Strong & odd "fragrance" hallway smell. MANAGEMENT SUGGESTIONS: - Rip up the pool area, and build new. - Switch to a better smelling deodorizer. (vanilla, citrus, sandlewood, etc, etc.) Hope this HONEST review is helpful."

"Fire alarms all hours of the night. Twice on Monday night 12/18 at 9:00pm and 2:00am for more than 30 minutes at a time. Cockroaches through the building. Elevators that work half the time. Leaking ceilings and would be surprised if black mold was an issue. Ridiculously priced rent for the tiny apartments they offer. Extremely rude and discourteous office personnel. Stay away. Your money is better spent elsewhere."
