"At first, I gave it 1 star, b/c I was told the unit was fully renovated and it's the complete opposite. But they have fixed some of the things I complained about (except the appliances, cabinets, and windows). I've been VERY unhappy with this unit, did my crying (I turned down so many nice places elsewhere) but this is close to work which was the reason I chose it. Think I'm only staying for a year, though... On the plus side, though my last apt was much better inside, it was its only redeeming quality. The place went to hell in a fairly short time - glad to be outta there! Update 3/5/24: Management has been really cooperative in trying to resolve things, quickly. Things are looking up! Update 3/14/24: More improvements...Thank you!"

"I've been in these apartments since December 2019, when I initially moved in I was just looking for a place to live for me and my wife it was a bit run-down but I was willing to accept it because I needed a place to stay and the rent was cheap $750 for a 2 bed 2 bath. Over the time we have been here there has been a change in management and honestly it's has not been for the best their focus has mainly been cosmetic landscaping and painting fixing the pool even a dog park. But no real change to the units outdated carpets, kitchens, countertops, cabinets and bathrooms they have installed security door the has been broken since they installed them. And every time I go to the office to talk to someone about the things that I want changed in the unit it ends up turning into it back and forth arguing match. I've even heard one of the management refer to the tenants in 2595 as jokes. BLACK PEOPLE STOP GIVING YOUR MONEY TO BUSINESSES THAT DONT VALUE US."
"Just started living here and everything is going well Front desk lady's are very friendly maintenance guys are very friendly, fast and professionals... So for now everything is great I will love to have a metal fence in my front door."
