"Roaches, mold , homeless- crack heads sleeping in the parking lot. My oven literally sparks fire when you turn it on and they still haven't replaced it and it's been a whole year now!! The apartments has a pool that they don't allow us to swim in. They haven't fix anything I requested. Then to top it all off they raised the Rent!!! Update on property problems, they gave me a “eviction” after I told the lady in the office that I was leaving, and asked her did she need anything else from and she asked for the key. I gave her the key and told her that the door was locked and I left. A month later my neighbor called me and said I had an eviction notice on my door. I was done with my year lease and was doing month to month instead of a year lease. I paid the month that I was staying there and even told the lady in office 30 days in advance and still ending up getting an eviction. Most definitely will be taking this company to court best believe that."
"Horrible! UPDATE... THEY ALLOW HOMLESS PEOPLE TO LIVE IN THE PARKING LOT. I HAVE EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES AND AM BEING IGNORED. FOR $900 A MONTH YOUD THINK PEOPLE WOULD FEEL SAFE IN THEIR OWN HOME THE UNPROFESSIONALISM AT THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS They will not fix the stuff in your home in a timely matter I have been here for 2 years and my toilet doesn't flush unless you pour a huge cup of water. My bathtub won't drain it takes 2 hours for the water to go down. The neighbors have had SEVERAL things stolen and instead of putting a $25 video camera up they decide to replace the side walks. Instead of fixing the plumbing they painted lines on the floor... This company is WESTLAND not Kingsway. Kingsway was amazing I miss Phill."
"Been here for almost 2 years. The dumpster is constantly overflowing with trash and getting all over the parking lot. Maintenance is an absolute joke, there's a cockroach problem, and let's ignore the false advertising of a pool that has NEVER been open and they're now tearing down instead of "repairing". Oh and the laundry room, yeah they lock that after standard business hours aka when you're finally home from work. The 5 star reviews I can 100% verify are fake and spam *edit* added pic so you can see a common sight, and yes you can smell it from the street"
