"I am honestly flummoxed. Every single thing you are reading here in other reviews is true. I second all of it. I live in a renovated unit, so I suppose I can say that if you keep things very very clean and maintain a strong pest control regimen, you can at least live in peace. The walls are thin, though, the floors and ceilings are wobbly. The stairwells are literally shaking, especially here in the P building where one of the railings is almost falling off as we speak. I live on a slant, as the concrete has begun to give away, but I pay what I pay to live next to homeless people who are kicking in the unit doors. But my review today is largely inspired by the security. The wonderful and elusive security company used in this establishment should be put out of business. I have had security tell delivery drivers that even if they have my name, info, and permission for entry, they will stop them from entering. I was told straight to my face that if we can afford to order groceries or food, we can afford to come down there and pick those things up. I have been laughed at. My husband and I have called for help multiple times as people have fought and broken windows and other things just outside where our child sleeps. Nothing. Don’t come here. Go anywhere else but here. They need to take this thing down and build something new. There is no hope for this place, as it seems."

"DO NOT MOVE Here… The gym is non existent, they have one business mailing address for all 1000 apartments and they put the the mail in one apartment that they have locked except for Monday thru Saturday from 12-3:30. So if u have a job you will NEVER get your mail. Oh and don’t rush home from work to get your mail either because the lady that handles the mail door leaves whenever she wants and I got home before 3:30 and she was sitting in the office and the mail room was locked. Also homeless people kick doors in every night and live rent free while you pay $1100 a month. The laundry rooms may have 1 or 2 washers working at a time for 1000 apartments. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Was on my way into the office and saw dog feces in the middle of the sidewalk right in front of the office doors with employees walking in and out of the office. The property is disgusting and so are the people. Update: I had to pack my belongings and pay for a storage for the rest of my lease which was 30 more days,because my partner could not take living with the roaches getting into our food and clothes. I came to the office to pay my rent for October, despite buying a storage unit for this month, on August 29th to pay rent for October and it still said I owed a full months rent even tho I’m moving out on the 14th. So I talked to a pregnant woman in the office about fixing the amount owed and she said Veronica would send an email with a link to pay the $508.96 which is the prorated rent amount, later that day. Here we are on the 3rd of October and my balance still says a full month’s rent I am sitting in the office right now at 3:35 waiting on Veronica to get off her lunch, because she told me when I knocked on the door to pay my rent that she was on lunch until 3:45, like I have nothing better to do then wait on a leasing office that should be shut down due to unsanitary conditions in the wash right in front of the office. I move out in a few days and I can not wait. I beg you to find ANYWHERE else for your family to live, because 2 people on my floor in D building have already died here, don’t be the next."

"I was here for a tour of a room. I ran out before seeing a room. As EVERY THING I saw on the web site seems to be a shady lie. When I arrived leasing office was still closed, so I walked around took some photos and talked to tenents. Free cox internet. Electricity is not included. NO Pool, tenets tell me there hasn't been a pool here for almost 4 years now. As leasing office opened I walk in and ask what rent is for a 1 year lease on a studio apartment, he says $1200 dollars not $800. Its not about the money, I just can't live anywhere with a dishonest landlord. Here are some photos I took."
