"I have lived here for 5 years and just signed another years lease. Love that I feel safe here. Having an attached garage and big patio are a plus. Single story complex so it feels like living in a house. Christina and Eileen in the office are great, they listen and care about the tenants."
"They pick and choose who they want to move in. Me and my wife have outstanding rental history. They said credit and rental history reasons turned down. We have over 650 on both sides. Don't rent from this place."
"All the laminate in my apartment was coming up, the water heater looks like it is about to go out as well and quite honestly it seems everything was falling apart in it. NO PARKING and expect for little to no water use. They tow like crazy here but give no options for residents or their guests. Rent was raised tremendously yet nothing seems to have changed here! Moving out has never been harder thanks to a terrible front desk woman named Eillen. I’ve never had an employee scream at me the way she was over the phone. Fire her, she will yell at more tenants and ruin the reputation of this community. The only good thing about this place is Christina and the maintenance workers were kind. Look elsewhere for living, you will be miserable here!!"
"I’ve lived in Vegas for just over a year, and this place has been wonderful..!, I love the single story units, having my own attached garage, and private patio. The neighbors are all great and quiet. The office staff are so nice and very helpful they were amazing during my move in and they are always responsive if you have any questions or problems. I love that it’s a gated community with Cameras so I feel safer. I looked around at a lot of places and this place gave me so much more for my money, with water and sewage being included in my rent, I just signed on for another year. If you want a home type setting this is the place, you won’t be disappointed."
