"I had multiple issues in my condominium that persisted for months due to delayed repairs. Frustration lingered until I visited the lease office and had the pleasure of meeting Asia, the new Assistant Manager of the property. Her assistance helped us resolving the long-standing inconveniences in our apartment. Finally, our pending requests are receiving attention, thanks to her proactive involvement in assisting the complex. Asia has consistently gone above and beyond, demonstrating her genuine willingness to help us in every possible way. We now can say that we are confident if anything arises the administration will do everything in their power to help the community right away."

"I have lived on this property since 2016. I have never had an issue with my apartment itself. Had experienced noisy neighbors /domestics. Within 1.5 years, it's been quiet. Summer & Laura are awesome. Very helpful & have been there for me when I needed to talk. Summer has made a lot improvements since her arrival. Maintenance is prompt when fixing things. My only issue is is the Ownership/Property Management Company. Raising rent 60% from what I was paying on the last lease agreement after living here for 5.5 years. A friend of mine who lives on Rainbow only had an 8% increase after living there 3 years .My residency & dedication to continue my residency doesn't feel so appreciated. I understand business is business, but I find it it be a bit excessive. Thus, this issue is NOT the fault of the office personnel. They are doing what is told. Love the apartment, immediate property personnel, and the location."
