"The rent prices here are very affordable."
"These apartments will let you die, my ac has been broken for a long time now and every time I let them know they have the same excuse that they only have 1 worker and that were not the only ones with broken ac. It’s dangerously hot living inside with temperatures over 110. They treat it like it’s not important my health is at risk now I’m starting to feel like I can’t breathe anywhere because everyday I come home I’m over the verge of heat exhaustion."
"Hade a horrible expirance living here every time it rain it leak inside my apartment and wet my carpet and they never fix it and know there roches I’m glade I move out and the parking is horrible there no parking at night and if u park ur car anywhere they call a towing company and end up with a 300 to pay to get ur car back and the girl in the office act like owner of ther apts when they only work there and give u attitude"
"How is it possible that to get soemthing fixed at this property u have to call so many times until they take you serious..every year my ac breaks down and every year is the same fight.. Today was on another level, i call since this morning to report my ac wasn't working and their response was so rude and unprofessional i couldnt believe my eyes... They said it wasnt that hot and wasnt and emergency so i would have to wait 3days for them to come check my ac, i get home from work and the apartment is hotter inside then is outside... I have 2 children of 2yr and 4yr both babys wich are suffering and this manager. Jazmin going to tell me is not an emergency... She so unprofessional and so careless.. Im really upset as of right now..."
"Not bad for the area, considering how the neighborhood use to be , and office help is good except for the beth she's very unprofessional and rude , and to get something fixed is like pulling teeth yet still pretty quite ....."
