"I'm a long-term resident here at oak tree apartments we are under new management and the staff is outstanding Lilly is hands on with all residents concerns very friendly and genuinely cares about all residents all work orders are completed in 24 hours maintenance crew professional and friendly due to new management I will be extending my stay with oak tree apartments"
"I've been a tenant at the Oak tree apts for almost 2 years. There have been many problems due primarily to lack of professional management and maintenance staff. Now, I'm happy to say we have a wonderful team in place. They have recently done several improvements and are in the process of completing additional projects. The management and staff are friendly and encourage a sense of community. They are open to suggestions and immediately respond to work orders. Great job guys! The pool is now open! Come join us! "So I'll be honest, this apartment complex does have its challenges. Some people outside the gates can be seen as questionable. Inside the gated community it can be very descent and my neighbors are kind to me and my family. Since our new manager has come the property seems alot more in order. she informs the complex of any new changes, also keeping random stranger off property, and work orders always get done. I've been here almost a year now."
"Been here just over a week. Move in was easy. Despite previous reviews I have had no problems here. The property manager is working hard to make this a nice place. The fact that it's gated access is really nice. Close to everything and right across the street from a major bus line. I look to be staying here for a while."
"I was in the area from way back east I can say I was treated well walking to and from my destinations.. they say the area wasn't OK but I didn't see it personally now there are pan handlers tho.. but as being there almost 9 months the people was friendly I say 98% of my stay was good 2% of knuckle heads not nearly bad. That's a hell of a percentage the way the world is today. In the cops treated me good too. I didn't have no bad experience or I'd say so.cus I tell things like they are. I was surprised how good I was treated based on people saying its not a OK area. That's why you never judge books by the cover. See for yourself you may have a totally different experience."
