Summerlin Entrada Apartments

"Spacious, good floor plan (best part of this place). Rent goes up every time you renew but not by too much. No upgrades of any kind during renewal time. Pool is not always open, no bathrooms available in pool area. Being an old complex, the water is shut down quite often. Pretty quiet on the one bedroom side. Location is great. Don’t expect luxury living but with what you pay it’s a pretty good deal. Comfort over luxury for us. We have been living here for 8 years, some years have been better than others. Overall, I would still recommend to a friend."

"I just toured Summerlin Entrada and had a wonderful experience with the apartment leasing agent, Kathy, who showed me around the 2-bedroom model. She was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to showcase the features of the apartment. Kathy’s professionalism and friendliness made the process enjoyable. I appreciate her time and effort, and I'm seriously considering making this my new home. Thank you Kathy!"

"My neighbors are great, for the most part. The neighbors that I have now don’t have roaches but sometimes we get neighbors who do have roaches and every now and then I’ll see one or two creep into my apartment but I haven’t seen a roach in about a year. The area where my apartment is, it’s quite and the neighbors are neighborly. Cigarette smoke comes through the vents from upstairs neighbors and they’re up all night smoking at least once or twice every hour, which disturbs my sleep because I can’t breathe. I have to go out to get fresh air in the middle of the night. The walkway is filthy. I used to scrub it every week or so but it needs deep cleaning because prior neighbors spilled oil and tracked it all through the breezeway. I reported it several times about a year ago and was told that it gets painted whenever new neighbors move in, which isn’t the case. I wouldn’t have moved here if the walkway was as filthy as it is now but people move in and out all the time. Management and leasing staff are professional, except Gina. She’s the typical leasing agent… very friendly and upbeat during the application period but after your lease is signed she turns into the office staff from hell. Out of 5 stars, I take away one for each of the following, which is why I give two stars: 1. Gina 2. The cigarette smoke coming through the vents 3. The filthy walkway Forgot to mention, your car will never stay clean here. It’s like living in a perpetual dust storm the way that the landscapers blow dirt and debris onto your car. There’s no set day of the week for when they will blow dirt onto your car so you can’t schedule your car washes so the it doesn’t get dirty the next day after spending money to get it washed. Also, the water is frequently turn off. Many times without notice. I like to shower right before I go out but whenever I have a scheduled appointment, I’ll shower the night before or wake up in the middle of the night to shower because I can’t be sure that I’ll have running water at the time I start getting ready for my appointment. I want to take away two more stars but I appreciate Cathy, Raven, and Aniya for the professionalism and attentiveness each time I’ve had to interact with them."

"Don’t move here. They will show you the model home and the apartments are nothing like it. Roof leaks and Appliances are so old they barely work. Prepare for problems from management team who are unprofessional. Maintenance never fix the problem fully. Should be negative 5 for score"
