"My first impression of this place was when I saw it on Zillow I knew right away that I wanted to live here. It was exactly what I expected for me and my fur baby Munchy. It's clean, and very quiet, parking is a plus for tenants and guests. The amenities are just about everything a tenant needs."
"We are so happy living here. Similar to most rental properties, we had some maintenance issues, which were professionally and promptly handled. Chris, Walter and the rest of the maintenance staff is excellent. The public areas are well maintained. Property Managers and leasing personell, Michelle and Jen are a pleasure as they are very friendly and attentive to renters' needs. My wife and I greatly recommend this rental community."
"Edit: After move out, we got a letter in the mail charging us $600 to replace the carpet and bathtub. Both of which were in good condition when we moved out. Beware of predatory charges. We lived here for 2 and a half years and had a great experience at Level 25 at Sunset! The office staff and maintenance are amazing and attentive to any small issue that we had. There is security each night, the complex is well lit, neighbors are nice, gates are almost always in service (and fixed quickly when an issue arises), and we always felt safe living here. We loved living here and I would highly recommend!"
"Angel and his new boss are high-speed and can take care of any maintenance issue within minimum time especially kudos going out to this Maintenance team that is exceptionable and I’m glad that they are here at this property to take care of all of us. Thank you."
