"Not a good place to work. Poor management. Under staffed and under paid. Employees are great people and they work hard it's just upper management, they're constantly losing good people. Hopefully things change for the better. I wish them the best."
"I have been calling and calling trying to get information about renting and never get a call back or just the voicemail. People are in real need, Everyone wants to get paid but no One wants to work."
"North Decatur Pines has no waiting list or process in place. You literally have to call every week and leave a voicemail in which nobody never return your call to provide a status. I have literally been calling seeking availability for 5 months and I physically been there twice just to get a response. It has to be a better process in place. I honestly believe they select who they want in the apartments."
"No one in the office ever returns your telephone calls and if you're lucky enough to get someone to answer the phone, they are the rudest, in personable people you would ever want to talk to, I could understand if I was mean, demanding and entitled but I wasn't. Told me that I was on the list, it was over a year, but would never tell me where I was on the list. The next time I called, again after several attempts I finally got someone again, apparently it was the same snobbish, didn't care attitude, what was I doing bothering her, woman, when I asked her once again where I was on the list, she told me, "we don't have a list, it's first come, first serve!" I've been waiting for over a year waiting and waiting for a phone call, just to be told this! I don't know who to call or write to, to send in a complaint. Her name was Debbie, I remember because that is my name. She should be offered a class on working with the public and if that doesn't work she shouldn't be working with the people at all! I understand we all have our bad days, but hers seems to be everyday."
