"This is the WORST complex I’ve ever been in. It was tolerable when Mrs Erika was here. Went down hill since her passing . Trash filled to the top . Rats . Water consistency turned off. The leasing manager is incompetent. I can’t wait for my lease to be up. Extra charges added on to the rent…no explanation. They don’t care in the office because they don’t live here probably . Just horrible"

"This place is horrible! I moved in here new to Vegas not knowing the location. The kids here are bad there parents don’t watch them outside they are bullies to other kids, the apartments are roach infested and ALL maintenance requests takes FOREVER!! They left me without kitchen drawers for over 7 months and that is after I kept calling the office and going inside in person. Dog owners walk their dogs without leashes my dog was attacked and the manager didn’t do anything about it! The old company owners were much better than the people that own it now they just don’t care about their tenants at all I will be moving at my FIRST chance broken lease or not it is just that bad! And my window have been broken since I moved in over a year ago"

"During my 6 year stay at Tides On West Cheyenne Apartments, I have noticed some important things that should be taken into consideration. The apartment management deserves recognition for their timely maintenance commitment, which has helped to establish a sense of reliability among some of the residents. The office staff is professional, friendly, and approachable. The office staff is much better than the former property manager Vianney Hernandez with B & R Property Management. Additionally, the management's ongoing efforts to improve the property are noticeable, yes the water is off a lot due to all units sharing one water line. However, the proximity of the apartment complex to Redberry Street raises concerns, particularly regarding safety. Families with young children may find the lack of nearby recreational opportunities to be less than ideal. This external factor could impact the overall appeal of the location for families. Tides On West Cheyenne Apartments has many positive aspects, such as prompt maintenance service. However, the external challenges posed by the surrounding neighborhood should be carefully considered, especially for families with young children. Prospective residents are encouraged to weigh these factors carefully before making a decision based on their personal preferences God Bless!"

"This complex has been through three managements in the past two years. Water keeps getting shut off for pipe maintenance. Latest management RMS paid somebody to put up address signs on the side of each building that are wrong. Management refuses to correct this. As a result your deliveries keep going to the apartment. My food was stolen four times and one amazon package. This neighborhood is not honest what so ever. But the biggest concern is the drug use. I complained many times about marijuana use,strong smell of ammonia and well as other strange odors. Nothing has been done what so ever. Now word has spread that we’re a drug friendly community. You can smell the weed smoke outside from multiple apartments. Kids are outside getting contact buzz. They’re offering two months free rent that’s attracting the ghetto crowd(that’s when the drug use started) so the ghetto feel is coming back."
