"First off… I just want to say thank you to Aime!!! She made our move in process easy and fast! Any questions we had or concerns.. she was there to answer them right away. I absolutely love our apartment and the neighborhood. Once again thank you Aime!!! The best person I have ever met while looking for a home!!"

"I had been a tenant at Aviara for almost 2 yrs, and for the most part loved calling it my home. Any problems I had the staff was always so kind and treated me like a person and not just a number. I recently fell upon hard times due to a gap in employment & was evicted. As if this wasn’t embarrassing enough, the new manager treats everyone like they are dirt on her shoes. I was close with my neighbors and the other staff, & some of my old neighbors told me they overheard her in the office asking where I was moving, who my friends and family were, and generally personal things that were none of her business. She also only gave me 2 days to clean out my entire apartment, when I know from the previous management that state of Nevada law says you are allowed up to 30 days. She has also restricted tenants as to how often they can speak to the other staff members in the office, and even who is allowed to fulfill maintenance work orders. I feel like everything I loved about Aviara previously is gone, and it made leaving all the more difficult. She isn’t professional, and she doesn’t treat the tenants with the kindness that previous management did. Just because someone is having a hard time paying bills doesn’t mean they are a bum and don’t work hard. Previous management would’ve never treated the residents this way. Even with being evicted I still would’ve recommended Aviara to friends because my financial hardships aren’t anything to do with the property. But after how I was treated and how I’ve heard my previous neighbors are being treated, I wouldn’t recommend this property to a dog."

"I moved into Aviara recently and I had alot of issues, The staff that was here I would speak to were leaving left and right which made my move in confusing and frustrating. I had issues with the unit they gave me and I still have things that are unfinished here that still need to be worked on. However Aime in the leasing office has been really nice and has helped me a lot with some of the main issues I had encountered. She has reassured me she will get all of these things fixed. Her and maintenance have been really nice. I am being patient as I know they have many units to work on. Thank you to Aime for being a great advocate / manger for aviara. I appreciate you for being so understanding and helpful during this time."

"I moved to Avaira to be close to work. Maintenance at Avaira is AWESOME! However the customer service is the Worst. If you desire great customer service DO NOT MOVE HERE! My customer service experience with the office person named Aimee has been ultimately the worst experience I've had with any apartment complex. My move in was fast and stress free with Lupita. Then once I moved in I met Aimee, she made me feel like a nuisance whenever I entered the office in need of something. She made it incredibly difficult for me. Terrible customer service. I was lied to when I asked when the pool would be finished. It's been a construction zone since April. I was told the pool would be finished in June. Lies! If they lied to me what will they lie to you about. Oh, and we still have to pay the $50 common area maintenance fee. There's so much more on why I'm giving a 1 star review. Like my garage being robbed. Homeless going through the dumpsters. Other residents complaining of the same things. I will say they recently hired a very nice person in the office who assisted me in an issue (God bless her), because of her kind help, I was going to add a few stars, but when I told Aimee that she helped me. Wow! I could see the fury in her face. I hope she doesn't take it out on the only kind person in the office. I'm moving out the end of next month because of how this place has made me feel. Let's see what happens and I'll get back to this review."
