The 95 Apartments

"Misleading Promises and Poor Management I moved into The 95 Apartments with high hopes of a quiet and peaceful living environment, as advertised. Unfortunately, the reality has been far from it. Upon moving in, the apartment was unclean, and the promised tranquility turned out to be a complete falsehood. Despite working from home, constant disruptions from noisy neighbors have become a daily struggle. Upstairs neighbors disturb the peace with late-night music and midnight vacuuming. The management, specifically Pauletta and Myra, showed little concern, redirecting complaints to the police rather than addressing the issues directly. Safety has been a significant concern, with suspicious individuals mistakenly knocking on my door. The laundry room, supposedly a basic amenity, has become a place of potential danger, with near-attacks that were reported but neglected by the management. Moreover, the ongoing renovations, unbeknownst to me before moving in, have added further stress. Daily disturbances starting at 7-8 am have disrupted sleep, and attempts to switch units were met with indifference and unhelpfulness from the manager, Myra. To add to these issues, there is a consistent problem with dog feces in front of apartment doors, creating an unpleasant smell every time you open the door. Despite neighbors' efforts to address the problem with signs, it has not improved, and if anything, the signs seemed to make matters worse, as some residents continued to disregard the shared space. Compounding my frustration, I work from home and the loud construction noise has rendered it impossible to work within my own apartment. I've had to seek alternative places to work, undermining the very reason for choosing a home office setup. The numerous work orders I've submitted only highlight the lack of proper maintenance before my move-in. Attempts to negotiate a resolution for the constant issues, including a request to move out without fees, have been met with bureaucratic hurdles. In conclusion, The 95 Apartments has been a regrettable experience filled with false promises, poor management, safety concerns, ongoing disturbances, an unresolved issue with dog waste, and an impediment to working from home due to construction noise. If you value peace, a well-maintained living environment, and the ability to work from home, this may not be the ideal place for you. Update: If you’re going to be moving into unit 1061, be advised the neighbors above you will be extremely disrespectful with loud music & their dogs will urinate and poop in front of your door. Just an FYI."

"Worst Experience Renting An Apartment. Not only do they not give you proper notice to renew contract, how much the new rent is, but they also try to scam me out into paying another month of rent when I have a live recording of when we have agreed to end my lease. Office staff was not helpful at all. Why do I have to wait 30 days for the money back for the office’s mistake? Paulette is the only reasonable and knowledgeable manager in the complex I have also gotten my catalytic converter stolen twice, now my car broken into. Security is conveniently is not around, but will easily tow your car for being two days expired on registration. My A/C broke 4 times in less than 2 years. My fridge also broke and the office gave me one full of mold that I had to pay an expert to clean it up. Renting from here has been a massive headache and a huge money pit. At that price point, you will get a wayyy better deal somewhere else. UPDATE: The apartment complex refuses to show the police cameras. Citing that they are “broken”"

"As a brand new resident, I have found this complex to be a hidden gem. It is quiet, the facilities are well cared for, and the people are amazing! Thanks especially to Pauletta who has been amazing! Moving in was a breeze. They have been accommodating and have gone above and beyond! Thank you for making my new home feel like home!"

"So this property is truly amazing they were very welcoming when I got in June of 2022 and they are still welcoming to this day, I absolutely love being here and it breaks my heart to go in October. I will say however that if you are looking for a good place to live this is it, from the awesome Maintenance staff of Charles, and Jose to the painters. The maintenance staff is truly great they are always willing to come by and make things right when you need things fixed or worked on, they work with your schedule and the work that is preformed is top notch and always done the RIGHT way not the easy way, because they want to make sure that its right for you and working the way its designed to so thank you Charles and Jose truly amazing. The office staff especially Pauletta is wonderful from working with us when we transferred from a studio to a 1 bed 1 bath apartment. Also to whenever we had a question she was very informative, and very quick and just the nicest and easiest person to talk to and always willing to work with someone even in hard times. So would I say I love this property absolutely and the staff to go along with it most definitely, which is why it truly breaks my heart to leave this place, the staff here and every neighbor we encountered will be truly missed and wish everyone the best."

"I recently moved here from Southern California, and I’ve checked out many apartments. None of them quite compared to the 95 apartments in terms of reliability, responsiveness, location, price, and aesthetics. Pauletta was very nice when I had to switch my move-in date and helped me out. Jose has come the very next day to fix things (both were small). My metal bar that hold the shower curtain fell and the maintenance came to help me put it up right away. The other thing was just adjusting a bolt in my shower. My studio apartment is beautiful and all of my friends and family compliment on my home. I am very lucky to have stumbled upon the 95 apartments and everyone who works there has been helpful and kind! I highly recommend :)"
