"Really horrible for the price. Bum broke into my car with me staying there only a month, severely overpriced rent, people yelling smoke smelling lobby, big bugs way too many rules for what’s offered. Men stalking me and just the worst area to live in I never slept well here please just cough the money up to sign a real lease!! Not to mention i didn’t even get my full deposit. The lady at the front desk was nice though"

"First let’s start this off front office Brandon was a complete liar on the information that was given to me when I asked for information. He said it was safe and clean which is not lies! Everyday I would work at 5am and I would have homeless ppl by my car and ppl asking me for stuff constantly and as a single female I was terrified to come out of my car at times. So when I moved in the place smelled terrible it was disgusting the carpet was soooo dirty when I vacuumed it was so much dirt and bugs. INFESTED WITH ROACHES POINT BLANK!!!! I am very clean all the time I worked so much I was never there, I am in the nursing field so I love cleanliness but always a roach!!!! Finally I woke up one morning and there was a mouse in my apt running around I went down to the office they acted like it was totally normal…. Gross!!!!!! I ended up putting my 2 day notice in even tho i was paid up longer! I couldn’t even stay there any longer ! I missed work and I couldn’t sleep I was so upset and disgusted and nothing was offered to me just my money back for the days I didn’t stay because the apt was awful disgusting and unsafe!!!! Thanks a lot!"

"Let me start off by saying how nice that staff here is specially Brandon and Christine! Yes this place DO have roaches and bedbugs, the first night I stayed here seemed like a good deal 1010$ a month but on the second day noticed the kitchen infestation, I have cleaned daily with bleach for 6 months they decreased but yet they still crawl from other rooms (nasty people) some nights had random people try to unlock my door, the water is Hard you’ll need lots of lotion after your shower here just a heads up, if I was lucky enough I would get hot water in the morning otherwise cold showers were it :(, cameras at least when I stayed didn’t work, was robbed in daylight no footage, suspicious people in the parking lot all the time so watch your back, some tenants would lend their laundry card to homeless people so use strong detergent, otherwise it was cheap, no contract, 15-20 min walk to the strip on Fremont and quiet most of the time. "When I moved in I was actually surprised that is was not bad at all. Maybe it's seasonal but when I moved in there was just one roach but it was pretty big. My place was clean and had no issues with it. Most people that worked there seemed to be nice, like, Brendan, Marcella and Christina but watch out for the king of all douche bags, John. I don't like to speak negatively about people but this guy is not a people person and should not be in a line of work that involves people."
