"Choose as you wish. I would recommend proceed with much caution. They’re aggressive on personal information and supposed rules. Seems they take application and holding fee. But don’t have any intention on following through to get you into the place. It feels like a scam. Be very aware when handing over money. They want no deposits sent electronically. Must come in. Put deposit down before lease is signed or shown. This will put you at a disadvantage and they’re able to keep your $500 deposit. They don’t offer a lease with holding deposit. Must come back for that. Strange. And no leases signed electronically. A lot of extra steps in process here. Perhaps to detour you from following through. These people are very rules oriented and not customer service oriented. Expect to be stated many rules, lots of no we can’t. Like all no we can’t. I chose not to continue with them. I didn’t enjoy the experience. But maybe you will?"

"If I could give this place a negative 0 I would This place the lady Maria to be exact is the worst they need to firer Maria she talks to tenants like trash she is all nice when signing lease but when it’s time to move out she wants to give you a hard time she even threatens you with a eviction for paying for a unit that you are not even in I had moved out 1/1/24"

"I really recommend this company. I worked with giovanni casas and he help me a lot with the purchase of my first house. Also his team do a fantastic work even after the purchase if you have a question they still helping you. One of the best part is that he speak also Spanish so that’s make the work easiest for me. "I spent 1 year working with the morales team. Rented a condo from them. At the beginning they were very polite and professional. Toward the end of the year the homeowners did not want to renew my lease. Understandable. But when it came time to finalize and move out I saw a whole different side of the morales team. Maria who is supposedly the owner answered the phone very disrespectfully and spoke to me with a “gangster” tone . She hung up on me several times and refused to speak to me regarding the list of items she wrote down on my move out inspection. I tried to explain to her that some of the items she wrote as “damaged or dirty” were there previously before I moved in. I hired professional cleaners and showed her PROOF that the stains on the walls were there before I moved in. Seemed like the condo wasn’t even professionally cleaned before I moved in. I just got back my “deposit” and they ROBBED MEwith ridiculous charges that don’t make sense. 80 DOLLARS for a 10 dollar filter that was THE SAME EXACT BRAND as the filter that was there when I moved in. 100 dollars for parking STICKERS that you out on your windshield. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this company was VERY unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend them at all! Unless you want to be robbed."
