"I would like to give 5 stars but past management was horrible (4 years). Originally I did 4 stars but that's not fair to current mgr. This last year has been surprisingly better. Dee is a constant at activities in the complex and I really enjoyed the Farmers market and I am looking forward to going again. Also love the food trucks and would love it if they do hot dog on a stick again!!! I can say that I definitely feel like they are trying to make it the best. It's still a little expensive but at this moment it's my only complaint."

"I am in love with this community! Great location, friendly staff in the office,(Tysm Ms. Courtney and all of your girls! For everything!) super responsive maintenance guys, clean gym & 5star community space. Plus, Peccole ranch trail is literally 10steps away, for the dog owners! It’s been an amazing experience so far!"

"I’ve had the best experience working with Dee. She helped my finance & I move into such a beautiful unit. It has everything on our list! Not only is this property so beautiful but the service of the staff on site are so welcoming and helpful. Dee made the process of our move in quick and easy, but also stress free! "I just moved in this week. I love my little home. I love the locations and the people who work here. Dina at the leasing office is the one who answered the phone when I made an appointment to see the property for the first time and she is a gracious person. The entire process from when I visited to moving in went very smooth and I appreciate her and the rest of the team at the Layne. The ladies here are professional and caring. I also met few of the maintenance crew Trent and Marlon who are so friendly and professional. They addressed my concerns immediately which I am very grateful for moving is already so stressful. I appreciate the maintenance guys asking me if there was anything else that needed to be addressed that they were able to fix at the moment. Thank you to the Layne Staff for the warm welcome."

"The only great thing about this place is the location! I wish I read the reviews before moving in, there are many issues overall, bugs, scorpions, ac didn’t work and it took days for them to realize what the issue was, water leaks, the pool has been closed for over a month by the dept of health, the second pool has green water now because they’re forever working on all the issues this place has! When I contacted the office they blame the previous management company Avenue5, and although I understand that in order to make improvements another company had to be brought, it took me a week to get a hold of the current manager to return my call, I have also reached out to the regional manager and I’m awaiting response as well.. let’s see what happens! But do I think I need to pay in full when valet garbage isn’t picking up trash? When there are bugs all over and you pay for pest control? And both pools are closed? There are leaks? AC issues? Is this fair at all? Trust me last thing I wanna do is sound like a Karen but home should feel like home, and when you have concerns they should at least try to resolve them instead of ignoring me, their money is always paid on the 1st of every month so this place is total trash! And the real pictures should be shown! Because the one they have on their site are not accurate at all!"
