"This location is absolutely amazing especially if you like working out and staying healthy. Ton of healthy choices of restaurants and sports, nutrition stores. The prices for the amenities and the upgrades you get for the Beautiful property is nowhere else to be found. Also Property management is responsive and deals with things properly. They are super nice and friendly and accommodate for everything. Thank you Travis."

"I have been here a little over a month. Great property, great staff. I truly appreciate the customer service. If there is an issue, they fix it and I love where I live. moving here from Texas, I wanted a place where I would feel comfortable and not miss Texas too much. I am glad I found the right place."

"The community manager Trixi went above & beyond to accommodate me. I am not text savy & she actually worked on my phone to complete the online application, this took time & patience. She is very skilled & made me feel comfortable. This upscale complex has all the amenities at affordable prices compared to similar local communities. The 24 hr gym is impressive & has a plethora of cardio & weight machines along with the required free weights for most people (fitness fanatic here). There is also a massive pool & entertaing area for social activities. The upstairs apartment of interest had a nice view in a quiet/private area, perfect for my cat. Although I was approved & keys were ready for pickup, I had to decine. My current house roommate dramatically pleaded w me to stay, academy award nomination style (guilt & forgiveness was overwhelming). If an apartment is needed again Alicante will be my first choice."

"I’ve lived at Alicante for a year, with ups and downs. Good location, standard amenities, fun atmosphere, and some nice staff! However, my older apartment unit has persistent issues: slow-draining tub, noisy garbage disposal, loud upstairs neighbors. Despite reporting to maintenance, no resolution in a year. The solution the leasing office provides is to offer a newer unit at a much higher price. Water shut-offs due to aging pipes is an ongoing issue, and mailboxes being vandalized. Rent increases for both new and old units, but quality doesn't match market rates. Management should focus on keeping maintenance staff, not just pushing for higher rents. Rent should decrease by $100-$200 monthly for fair value."

"I was lucky enough to get Travis as the property manager. I was probably a bit of a pest with all the questions I had. Travis took the time to hear out my needs and make them a reality. There were a couple issues with the apartment I was considering and they fixed them immediately and went above and beyond. I went to all the apartment complexes around complexes around this area because I love this location. I love the vibe of this place and how close it is to the freeway, mountains and my gym. Love this place, so happy to be here."
