"Moved my daughter in here and it has been anything but a good experience. Day of move in we show up with uhaul and 6 men to move us in. The apartment was filthy!!!! It also needed painted, and lots of repairs. They quickly sent over a woman to clean, she showed up with one small, dry rag… you already know it didn’t get cleaned from that! The guy they sent to paint painted the CARPET and a couple of dirty areas of wall base boards, but none of where paint was needed and nothing was cleaned before he painted. Took months for any repairs. Not all are completed. We have never received a gate key. After calling yet another time all these months later we still don’t have one. The hot tub has never had hot water one time since we moved in. They act like they care but after reading reviews and talking to other tenants I’ve found this is their standard operating procedure."
"Still don’t have a gate opener meaning I have to roll my window down and enter the gate code every time in order to enter the apartments. Half of my maintenance requests have been finally just recently after 6 months of being here have been taken care of. This is ridiculous. My second review. They said they’ll get me a gate opener when someone moves out… there’s many usual trucks recently meaning people are moving in and out. Not their priority. I’ll stop here. I’m looking forward to the day I can actually leave them a good review and feel like they actually care."
"We have been living here for almost a year now, and the hot tub works maybe 10% of the time. It was recently down for months over the summer, worked for a week, and then down for a few more weeks. It was down for 2 weeks in October and it’s down again in December!! It is embarrassing when we bring guests down and there is no notice or message from the staff saying it doesn’t work. I am having a hard time understanding why the management here has such a difficult time keeping a hot tub .. hot."
