"My 18month started the school 2 weeks back, and this is the first time he is going for a daycare away from us. I need to say i’m very impressed with the improvement he is having. "Third time's the charm!! My husband and I have a veryyyy high standard when it comes to care with our kiddo. We moved to Iowa about a year ago and our toddler has gone to two different schools here, pulled him out of both because the lack of communication/care/cleanliness/common sense/staff yelling- just the level of incompetence. From the start of the tour until now, this school has been nothing but different. Every single day, the owners/all staff personally greet us and our kiddo. The communication and the feeling of knowing our kiddo is actually safe is something we haven't felt from a school in Iowa. They actually care about the kids and the parents. They send me updates/emails and its so descriptive, we are super happy. There is actual education too!!! We ask our kiddo about what he did for the day, and it ALWAYS lines up with the activities that were described in our daily emails. That means the world to us, because we have caught past schools lying about this. I specifically want to shout out Miss Rhea, the owner, as she is unbelievably friendly and really knows how to run a school. We are so impressed by her, she makes it a perfect experience every drop off/pickup. As parents who are extremely picky, we HIGHLY recommend this school to every parent who wants the best for their kids."

"Our 2 year-old had been attending Primrose Urbandale for 3 months now and have to share the experience has been great for us. They were very supportive during the initial transition period, which was very rough for our kid who is used to care at home. He loves going there, loves the teachers and friends.
