"There's not much to say about this HD. It was close to my project to pick up a couple of typical items, but I spent more time trying to find one of the items because the store layout is very different from most HD I've been to. The associate I asked wasn't too familiar with either the item or the store, but he did attempt to find someone who did. I'll give him A for effort. The end result, it's not a stock item for this HD. So I went over to HD, in West Des Moines, and found the product in stock. I guess not all HD's are the same within a district . . ."
"Don't do it. If you order anything from Home Depot it won't arrive and you will end up just having to dispute it with your credit card company. Still waiting for my order from January 7 that was supposed to arrive January 10. Called 4 times. They admitted they made a mistake getting the item to FedEx. Yet I still don't have my refund?! Buy Menards or Amazon."
"Relatively convinced illiteracy and inability to count are job requirements here. The number of times I’ve come here to find that items they claim to have in stock, are in fact not, is downright shameful. This time it showed 6 Milwaukee hardhats in stock, literally not a single one! This store is a freaking disaster!!! Probably best to go elsewhere so as not to waste your time."

She helps me find exactly what I am looking for, and describes how to use it, and or gives me ideas. She takes plenty of time, and was absolutely delightful with my children!
