"NOT AUTISM FRIENDLY** The kids had so much fun.. until. We paid for TWO hours (almost $100 with everything) Lillie was jumping around, and little girl kept jumping & making her fall, so the worker came up to her and told her to stand up, and of course Lillie didn’t listen she kept trying to crawl to stand up, and the worker came up to me and said “She needs to stand up” I said I know she keeps falling her balance isn’t that great. She has Autism so she doesn’t know that she HAS to stand. She said “Well maybe take her over to the baby section then.” As there’s other children falling, too. Much younger than Lillie. I am SO mad. This whole experience was a waste of time/money. Isn’t that why we sign waivers anyway?? Why is there a girl walking around telling parents how to take care of their kids?? Never again. We went to a get air in KC and they were SO much better there. I will definitely be finding something else next time. Mad parents is an understatement."

"Booked my son‘s birthday party there and they wasted the first half an hour trying to square away details that should’ve been dealt with already so I had to cut my birthday short and then $267 to book this birthday party and then they told me I had to pay for my son to jump on top of already paying for the party And then, without asking decided to tack on everybody else who wanted to show up extra Bill and when I said something about it, I got nothing but flack from the people working the front. They were rude, professional, and I will never do business here again."

"We went today, a family party of 4. I paid for my nephews and their mom paid for herself. After paying I saw there was a deal for Monday - 20% for min 4 people family. I asked for the discount and the lady said she did not know anything about it. So I asked again for the discount and she called someone. We got a reply that it was only valid if we were paying all together, which in my opinion is lame. So if you go there, I would suggest to book online. There are many deals and front desk people wont offer to you. As for the rest, it was fun. First time in trampolines so I cannot really compare."

"I was overcharged for a party. I had a coupon (from the website) to add 5 free jumpers but since only 13 out of 15 showed up that wasn’t honored and I got charged for the 3 additional jumpers and additional pizza. Being quoted $267.22 for a party then being ultimately being charged $364.53 is ridiculous. I was told I overlooked some fine print, that is on me, but they could have told us to count 2 of the adults that sat there waiting for their kids so I didn’t get charged $100 extra. To me that is poor customer care."

"A great place to let the kiddos come and wear themselves out on the weekends or after school. The space is huge, open and was very clean. Plenty of space for tons of kids to jump and play. Fun for all ages and a very nice family environment. It’s also reasonably priced and a lot more affordable than local competitors."
