"My last experience at AE was horrible, I was trying to find jeans that would fit me (I was bigger back then I lost 50 pounds since then) and the girl said "we don't carry big girl jeans in the store" she said it snotty and walked away.. worst feeling ever.. THIS time it was AMAZING! I was greater by ABBY who was beyond AMAZING!!! I explained my situation to Abby and told her I wasn't sure what mt size is anymore since I've lost weight etc. I tried on one pair and explained to her what I didn't like, not only was she super helpful she ACTUALLY knew what she was talking about and knew what needed changed. She was so so amazing!! If you go there and need assistance ask for ABBY!!!"

"The employees were all very friendly and caring. Aerie has a great atmosphere compared to other underwear stores, with plants around the store and soft colors. There was a sign that said something like "we want every girl to feel special." And it made me feel very nice. I bought a pair of shorts and a crop top, I don't normally show too much skin, but American Eagles clothes always fit me right and are comfortable."

"I typically buy things online and then if they don't work out, return them here because it's the closest one. And I know from experience, it sucks having online items returned in store but it's the easiest thing for me and most of the time I end up buying other things i find in the store anyway. But whenever I am here I never get greeted or asked if I'm finding things or if they can take the online bags that I'm carrying around, or if I need a dressing room. Lots of employee only conversations that seem to be more important than the customers. Usually they just act annoyed that I am returning things even if I am buying as well."
