"Waited over a 3 weeks for a product. Sent an email cancel order. Then magically the product is being shipped to me. Called customer service and the lady tried to give me a list of reason as to why it wasn’t shipped. Worst customer service experience. Didn’t have time to go back and forth with her over something like a jersey so I let it go. I had to purchase a jersey from elsewhere due to long wait time. Won’t recommend or use this business. Not a Hawkeye fan and I know they aren’t directly connected to the school but the experience i had I hope the school takes a look at what businesses are selling products under their name and to ensure the service meets the standard of Iowa university. Bc this was a poor representation."
"Never written a review before. This store will not accept unopened/unused returns (even for store credit!) without a receipt. Not a lot of benefit to a brick and mortar outlet, if they will not do the little customer service things. Not a discount place either. I should have just ordered online. Lesson learned."
"Unfortunately they did not have what we were looking for which was an Iowa Hawkeye soccer T-shirt. They only had that design in sweatshirts. They woman who was there was helpful but they just didn’t have what we were looking for supplied in the store."
