"Went to get christmas gifts and there was a sale going on, but they had forgotten to give me 50 percent off on an item. so i had to get a refund, and do the transaction again. which is fine if i weren’t broke and had to literally pay twice for my purchase. i literally didn’t have enough to pay the full amount the second time. the thing that angered me the most was that they told me that it would be back on my card less than a hour after it happened. There is literally no way to reach Zumiez support and it’s been 2 full days and I still haven’t received my money. From here on out if I want something from this store i will be doing online only. I do not recommend this place."
