"Myself as well as others keep trying to go into stores to look in person at shoes/ but always seem to get pushed out with pushy sales associates at every store in Illinois and Iowa. They do not need to ask if you need help every 3 minutes from every employee! Back to online shopping it is!"
"Customer service was good. Good selection. Shoe we were looking at did not have in the size needed. Then found out is was last of it's kind. Would have been better to separate then to keep with inline product. Was guessing it was like a clearance product. Could have been better advertised"
"I used to love their service; the employees used to be very helpful and had a positive attitude. Always making sure we had been helped. There was this one guy who helped us and every customer, while the other two employees walked around doing nothing!! I wasn't impressed with the cashier either. Too bad I didn't get their names. Please hire people who really wants to work."
"Finish Line is a good store but my friend went into there today and they weren’t providing service because she had a service dog, she had to speak to a manager to be allowed to shop there. The retail worker asked personal questions that she didn’t have to provide them with answers. This was a very upsetting visit."
