"I hired this company for ceiling repair work and was disappointed with the outcome. While the quality of the work itself was good, I was overcharged for the time spent on the job. I was billed for 5 hours of work, but it was clear that only 3 hours worth of work was actually done. This discrepancy left me feeling taken advantage of and dissatisfied with the overall experience. I would caution others to be wary of potential overcharging if considering hiring this company for similar services. Update - the owner, Eric, called and made things right. He was very nice, professional and listened to my concerns. This ended up being a complete misunderstanding. I will be using them again in the future when doing any work to my home as his employees do quality work."

"This is the second time I have used Hand-E Help for projects around the house. The first time was to replace our front door and install new storm doors front and back. The replacement door is excellent and the guys did a great job with the installation. The second job was drywalling our basement ceiling along with fixing a cracked section of textured ceiling upstairs. David and crew did an amazing job. Very fast and fabulous looking job. The repair job on the textured ceiling came out perfect. Look forward to working with Eric and his team in the future."

His crew did a great job. They were very polite and took care to seal off the area before they started; they cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. We signed up for a second job, with the same great results. They also took care to cover all the flooring that led to the room needing the work. We have just signed up for a third job! I have no reservations that the quality and care put into it will be just as impressive as the first 2 jobs. I have already recommended Eric / Hand-E Help to my daughter & aunt. Should we leave him any spare time between our 3 households, I know he'll do a great job at yours too!!"

"Eric promptly replied, which was not the case with other contractors. He was friendly and understood what was needed and delivered an estimate within a day. Eric and his crew were efficient and worked quickly but ensured the Fence was done with quality. We have definitely found our handyman!!"

"They put together a swing set with lots of climbing things for our grandson. They were the best! Professional, courteous, friendly and hard working. They even were able to make some adjustments that we wanted and gave us advice about safety mulch. Everything was cleaned up, as if they were never there. We were told of other work they can complete, which is pretty much everything. We will definitely use them again for other work we need to have completed. We HIGHLY recommend these guys - you'll be glad you did!"
