"The store is clean and organized, but the drive up pickup is consistently incredibly slow. An average of 25-30 minute wait times for pickup. It’s not a time saver. Wal-Mart’s got it down."
"I went for an order pick up and there was a very long returns queue and I was told both are in the same queue. Putting Order pick up and returns in the same queue is a ridiculous logic and will negatively impact customer experience and sales. This was the case especially when drive up was temporarily unavailable due to bad weather. Very bad management decision by the store."
"Please hear me out and genuinely understand that I have never felt more unsafe in my entire life than what I just experienced. I went at 7:30pm and of course there were teenagers. NEVER GO TO TARGET PAST 6PM. There is NO parking lot security and what seems like no security inside either. Teenage boys are inside yelling and cussing while I was getting what I needed. Not bad right? Well, walking out to my car, boys were driving recklessly and so I felt extremely unsafe. I almost got hit on my way out. Still not horrible. Well, after that my car literally got SHOT. Not with a real gun but with some other gun that did damage. My brand new car. It was a car from Blair and it was obviously a stolen car. They then turned their lights off and sped off... blazing through lights and stop signs. I know it's not Targets fault they drive like this. What is their responsibility is KICKING THESE PEOPLE OUT!! Start ticketing, start arresting, start filing charges. My life is at risk every time I go to target and this is not the first time it has happened. Many of my friends and people I babysit have told me they will never go to target at night again. Not okay, get more security. Especially after the shooting earlier this year... I am not trying to be a Karen. I think it is basic human rights to want to not die at target."
"I’ve never done a pick up ever. I was in a hurry and with a bad leg I deceided to try it so I didn’t have to get out of the car. It was sooo busy. But, worth the wait. They had people running orders like every 10 minutes. The associate that helped me was super nice. I’d do it again!"
