"I have to say this man that owns this shop, is very honest and understanding and knows exactly what he is doing. I was stranded in Des Moines today and called probably 15 people and places trying to get help because my car wouldn’t start. He said get it towed here. This man took time out of his hard, hot day and diagnosed the problem with my car and got it started to get me back home 3 hours away. I was hopeless and had no idea what I was going to do. Great customer service! Very knowledgeable and efficient. Definitely recommend for all your auto needs!!!! Thanks again to handy helpers! Appreciate your help today!!!"

"No sure if he’s racist or just flat out rude. I came in and was told his dog is friendly. As I’m walking back towards him, his dog starts growling and showing it’s teeth so I got nervous because I’ve been severely bit by someone’s family dog before that was supposedly “friendly” and I am still traumatized. I explained that to him and he told me he cannot service me because I’m scared of his dog. Never experienced anything like this. If you’re scared of dogs, u might as well not go here."
