"Your service technician is horrible at time management. Came in at 10:40 they got my car on I the rack say within 15-20 minutes so that puts us like at maybe 11:00 they waited 40 minutes after doing one wheel or whatever the tell me about they couldn't get my lug nuts off. Mind you I was coming to get my brakes inspected cuz they were squeaking so you could have got my business by doing a new brakes instead of trying to charge me $120 for removing my lug nuts for a free break inspection"

They took a look at a few oddities with my vehicle as well and helped piece together some solutions. Truly a 5 star experience, which is hard to find these days.
