"All of the gentlemen that helped me today were truly amazing. Made me think there are still good genuine people in this world. I recently broke my foot and of course my car needed an oil change. The gentlemen at jiffy lube went above and beyond for me and even allowed me to stay in my car (broke foot) while they changed my oil. They cleaned my windows, checked all lights, changed my oil and also talked to me. So glad I went to them and can’t thank them enough for helping me out. Very quick service too. I will definitely be coming back."
"When I came in, the manager (or at least the lady that acted like the manager - no name tag) gave me some friendly banter about coming in the wrong door. She also informed me their system was down. She gave me options and I chose to stay. My oil change did take longer than expected, but I felt welcomed and i feel they did an excellent job on my late father-in-law’s truck."
"The service was not completed as promised. The floors were not vacuumed. The service check light was not reset. Tire pressure was not checked. The oil level upon arrival was not reported correctly. Windows were not washed. The customer before had an issue with his vehicle not running properly because the tech forgot to install his air filter. Which makes me wonder if my oil filter was replaced as promised."

"The service was fantastic with the existing crew. They actually vacuumed the interior and had great attitudes toward all of the clients. The only knock is they were a little slow for everyone as they had run short of a few things (waiting for a filter from another store that never showed- not their fault) and it delayed everyone- but they remained positive and tried to push through the work."
