"We went here at about 10 am on a Friday, They were not busy at all so we had lots of attention. We looked at a few vehicles and decided on one in particular. After test driving it, we decided it was the one we wanted. The gentleman said, how much are we looking to put down. 1300.00 we started out with. He immediately says back, so were working with 1300 to 1500..!? Okay fine, we can do 1500. About 20 minutes later he comes back and says, there isn't anything we can do with 1500, can we go with 1800? I said wow, I don't know.. Then he says, "he's got one on the line that will work with us for 1800" I assume he meant his finance manager. We agreed after he said he guarantees he will get this done. He comes back and says alright guys now we just need about an hour to get this done. We just need to draw the papers up, you can come back in and hour and you will be good to go. After about an hour we came back and he immediately comes in and says, we need 2000.00 to do anything, and that he had a bank that will do it for 2000.00 It was getting rather late, and at this point really frustrating. Finally we agreed to 2000.00 At this point the finance manager comes in to talk to us and he says, well we got you in this vehicle, its a good vehicle.. just check it out, you will like it. It was totally nothing that we wanted, it was a Ford Escape, with 130k miles, cigarette burns on all the seats, front and back. I am not sure how they figured we would like a Ford Escape after Deciding on a Kia Sorento... We said no, and that we wanted our deposit back. They spoke amongst themselves for a bit and said it may be back in our account tonight.. I was expecting the next day since they only had a hold on it still. I had to finally go through my bank and claim it was a fraud charge, to get my 2000 back. As we were leaving he had said well if you guys change your mind, come back we got you approved, we worked hard to get that, there wont be any other places around here that will approve you. The next day, we had gone to another place and were literally driving away in a new (almost identical) Kia Sorento, within 3 hours, start to finish."

"Bought my truck here a few yrs ago and was happy with the truck and the deal I got for a discounted oil change for as long as I own the truck. They even gave me a neat little key ring card and larger card saying so. This was a major blessing until a few days ago when I called to set up the oil change and they said they were no longer honoring their promise. Their credibility flew out the window. Now I go to CarX down the street for everything."

"I bought my vehicle here, along with a bumper to bumper extended warranty. After the 1st winter of driving my 06 chrysler 300, the climate control lights went out. I tried to go get them fixed, apparently that was something not covered under my BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY. I tried to call the company that the warranty was issued under, but they would not talkt to me, only the shop who is working on my car. So I fixed it myself. by the summer time, my taillights went out. luckily that was under my warranty. My tail lights went out within the 1st hour of having them repaired at good old DSM motors. I came back, they said it was due to a crack in my tail light. they continued, advising that the crack allowed moisture into the tail light that caused rust, which ended up killing my tail lights. my turn signals worked, my break lights worked, but the actual tail light was not ignited. I asked the guy how this could effect both of the tail lights if only one had a crack. I did research, and the wiring harness had separate connections for both tail lights. Also, the same light bulb is used for the breaks, turn signals, and just taillights at night. so how were my break lights and turn signals working if the rust due to moisture ruined the light bulb connection. ITS ALL THE SAME BULB. So they said they wouldnt fix it untill I buy a new tail light. I waited a few months, came back, and told them to fix it, I advised that when I looked at it myself, it looked like one of the wires that runs along the back bumper wasnt in good shape and probably had a short in there somewhere. Low and behold thats what it was. after they fixed it I brought up the cracked taillight incident, and they said well you still havent replaced it. Well that was the whole point, I didnt replace it and it proved that there was no water vapor that caused rust that killed the tail light, they just didnt know what they were doing. But at this point I was beating a dead horse, so I thanked them for their invaluable time, and left. the reason I am leaving a one star raiting is partly because I cant give a 0 star raiting, but mainly because they do good oil changes, give them anything more technical than that, and its like giving a chainsaw to a monkey, just a generally bad idea lol."
