"I seriously can't speak highly enough about this dive shop! Keith the owner has been incredible to me and his staff is always amazing as well! This shop helped start me on my journey as a recreational diver almost 15 years ago and since then I've gone commercial and been involved with many endeavors that required the purchase of various equipment. They never disappoint! This shop is capable of aquiring both recreational and commercial equipment not to mention they are amazing at servicing and repairing equipment from both ends of the spectrum! I no longer live in reno but I still use this shop for everything pertaining to diving!"

"Keith never disappoints. I have done two trainings with him or his staff and have to say I have been diving since late ‘90s and they are truly a great dive community shop. Everyone I have dealt with was professional and helpful. I highly recommend them for any of your needs well priced and just fun to work with. And yeah I had to drive 4 hours each way as I live far away but well worth it!"

"I called 3 times over the course of a month and a half looking or a dive guide. Each time the phone was answered by a friendly person who took down my contact information and a promise that someone should get back to me. Nobody did. Fortunately another dive center was able to provide a guide."

"I had originally brought in my BCD and regulator to get serviced in September because I was planning on diving in early November. I picked up the BCD and regulator in mid October with a 300$ bill for servicing and replacement parts. I noticed when I got home that the BCD inflator hose was replaced to the other side of my first stage. I changed that to the correct side and everything else looked in order. Up until I went on my first dive. Half way through my dive the BCD inflator trigger had broken and I lost the ability to inflate my BCD. This created a dangerous situation, but luckily my dive buddy was able to bring me into shore safely. I rented a BCD from the Dive shop for the remainder of my vacation. When I returned to Reno I dropped off my BCD and explained what happened to the girl at the counter. She seemed to understand and took in the BCD to get repaired. A month later I stopped by to pick it up and they wanted to present me with another bill! I explained to the guy behind the counter that this had failed on the first dive after getting serviced and he went to get the owner. When the owner came out, I again explained that the service they performed had failed and felt that I shouldn't have to pay to get the work done again. I also brought up that the inflator hose was switched to the other side when they performed the service. The owner then interrupted me and said that was impossible, that he KNOWS that didn't happen, implying I was lying. At that moment the owner became irate crossed out the invoice and told us to find a new scuba shop. I had no intention of returning after receiving such poor service. The owners' attitude was disturbing in that he escalated the situation and his unwillingness to stand by his work. I don't how you can stay in business so long calling your customers liars."

"Wonderful experience every time I walk into the store. To be fair it's the only dive shop I've ever patronized. I chose Sierra Dive Center to get my SCUBA certification before my wedding/honeymoon in Belize. I sent emails to both certification centers I found in Reno and Sierra Dive Center gave me all the information I thought I needed to make a decision. My first visit to get signed up Mark was very friendly and helpful even though I rushed in right before close on a Saturday evening and walked me through everything and helped me download all the apps to make my class and home learning more efficient. My second trip in I worked with Mark and Sam to get personal gear (mask, snorkel, boots, etc) and both gentleman were amazing and helpful without seeming to up sell me. Jerry and Ryder are very knowledgeable and kind during classes even though I feel I've been a bit more of a wimp and needed more encouragement than I should during my open water dives. I feel that they (and the other instructors they've brought in to help supervise and keep students safe) have really gone above and beyond to make sure that not only do I learn and become certified but that I am comfortable while doing so. A huge thanks to Jerry, Ryder, Mark and Sam for everything. I really couldn't be more pleased with my decision in choosing this location for my certification."
