People tend to speak out of negative emotions instead of the good things this community has to offer. The location is great!"

"Lonely? Don't worry. You'll never feel alone living here. Everywhere you look, a little roach friend is there to keep you company. Up, down, left, right, everywhere you look, you'll find a roach so you'll never feel alone ever again. Pest control? They'll come. They'll spray. And just like that, your friends are back! Uh oh. Your dishwasher is leaking? Don't worry about that either. Maintenance will fix it. As long as you have 2-3 months to wait, that is. At St. Luca, they're committed to making sure they order every single part for every dishwasher in existence before fixing yours just so they can make sure they have the right part. Have you ever dealt with someone who was just TOO helpful? Well, don't you worry because they have got you covered as well! The leasing staff here is almost as useful as a paper straw. They don't seem to check their emails, they added false charges to my accounts, and Rachel seems to never actually have a clue what's going on, especially for someone who answers the phone so often. I will add, though, that Neeman in maintenance is the only one who will actually do anything. He's the only helpful person on the entire staff. Groundskeeper/porter is a really nice and hardworking guy. Appreciate the other porters and groundskeeper too for always making sure the dog park is clean, even though it should be the responsibilities of the owners. I hope those guys find better places to work because I can't imagine they treat their employees any better than they treat their residents."

"Lived here for a year and a half, and I would say you’re best off looking for a cheaper places. The price isn’t worth it. They shot up rent bad on us after a year, despite us signing on for longer term leases. They took a week and a half to fix our A/C stating they had given us a cooler (one which we fronted the bill because we had to keep a dog cool and one cooler for the room) the people at the office are rude minus a couple of them, they all constantly gave conflicting information… the area is okay, but you’ll see your fair share of trouble and cops always around. Take that how you will: When I tried to get reimbursed for the energy bill which was about 30 dollars per day for the week and a half , they wanted statements then said they need specifically 3 months statements and that screenshots from NV energy weren’t enough. They added fees which we would have to call for them to remove, claiming we paid late despite we never paid late for a single month. My roommate had to turn in a key the day after our lease ends: 58 dollars, despite no one is moving in because the unit needs some TLC and the bathtub has a leak. Why the highway robbery when it won’t be rented out for at least a week, who knows. Go elsewhere. If you want cheap, this isn’t it. If you want nice, this isn’t either. If you want the benefits of an apartment life and not have to worry about A/C repairs or anything else… this isn’t that either. Parking sucks, they limit one parking pass for 4 people in a unit, and the non-covered parking is always taken. I could go on but I think if you’re sensible and look around, you’ll find something better quickly. Don’t fall for the facade like we did, floors and blinds and doors are falling apart and held up by tape."

"I recently moved into my unit here at St. Lucia.. I was very skeptical at first because of the reviews, but my experience has been the complete opposite. From previous experience at my previous apartment complex, there was always trash everywhere, rowdy neighbors, terrible management and crazy hidden fees. Jasmine helped me from the moment I applied, to my move in date. She worked with me and even gave me options when my unit was not ready. I have not seen not 1 bug in my unit and have 0 complaints so far and I hope it remains this way because it is winter.. Great amenities and everything is so close by! The hospital, my daughter's doctor's office, my job, and great eats and store all within 5-10 minute radius. No complaints on my end!"
