"Absolutely the best customer service I've received from a service repairman. Juan was very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and gave great advice. I needed a two new spa pumps and a heater for my hot tub. Juan had the parts on his big service truck and was able to fix the hot tub very quickly. Juan explained what needed to be done before he started, and continued to explain what he was doing during the service. Juan educated me about the parts and hot tub functions, and gave great advice on how to continue regular maintenance. The spa and are was all put back together and clean before he left. He supplied his company business card and ensured I knew where his company was located. I would recommend this company to anyone needed spa service."
