He was a gentle giant to me because I asked him to mail some 200 postcards I had written on The Crown Princess and he gladly said “yes” after the tour was over. "We had a tour to Pearl Harbor when we got off our cruise and then a tour around Honolulu. Unfortunately we were REALLY RUSHED at Pearl Harbor. Needed an hour more instead of killing time driving around Honolulu. We got to Pearl Harbor just in time to get on the boat (you need a reservation) to the USS Arizona, watch a video on the war, but we did not have time to go through any of the exhibits. Pretty disappointing. That was the reason we took that tour. The driver however was a great guy and a great driver."

"Our ship didn't stop at Kona because of bad weather and Roberts refunded the money for the excursion quickly. We also took another excursion in Kauai and the tour guide was excellent and took us to another stop that wasn't in the itinerary. We had a great time! Roberts prices were a lot better than the ones from the cruise. I highly recommend them. Thanks!"

"Arrived at airport in Oahu at 9 p.m. just in time to catch a roberts shuttle to a hotel near Waikiki. The Roberts shuttle would not honor the price that I had printed from the internet on their shuttle fare from the airport to the hotel which was $19 per person. They insisted that the rate was $25 per person and would not accept anything else. You may want to shop around before you use their service as I found out later that the taxi services was less than the $50 charged me for two people."
